Social Publishing Tools for Inbound Marketing

Social media icons on phone

Social media has solidified itself as a major player in inbound marketing and is one of the most popular forms of content sharing. Sharing valuable and relevant content on multiple platforms increases your visibility and drives visitors to your site; however, for businesses with multiple social platforms, keeping track of all your posts and engagements can be tricky.

Luckily, there are many tools available to simplify and facilitate every aspect of social media management.

Regardless of your budget or specific needs, there is a service out there that can help you create, publish, and review content across all accounts.

8 Tools To Expedite Social Publishing

1. HubSpot

As HubSpot partners, we love taking advantage of all the helpful and user-friendly tools they offer. Not only does HubSpot help manage your website, blog, SEO, and email, but all your social platforms too!

Take care of every aspect of your social publishing, including drafting, scheduling, and analyzing data to make the most of your social media strategy.

2. eClincher

We’ve long been fans of eClincher, and although there is no free version available, you can start a free two-week trial to see if it’s right for your business. Not only can you manage posts, but you can respond to messages and search for influencers as well.

Use smart queues and RSS feeds to make your posting process more efficient and keep on top of what matters most to your business.

3. Falcon.io

For our clients who aren’t using HubSpot, we recommend Falcon! This social tool has all the standard features and more, with tools that make is easier for agencies to manage client social pages.

We also love Falcon’s social listening tool, so we know we are keeping up with every trend, keyword, and hashtags used across our clients’ industries.

Though Falcon is not the most affordable of our suggestions, it is the ideal tools for an agency like us, which manages multiple clients who want access to their social media publishing tool so they can keep up with our publishing activities.

4. Sprout Social

Another all-in-one tool, Sprout Social will keep your posting schedule up-to-date for all your accounts, as well as collect analytics and create reports. These reports are not only of great value to businesses but can be shared with clients as well.

Having all of your analytics simplified into one report makes managing your platforms that much easier.

5. Buffer

With four levels of paid services and a free plan available, Buffer can easily fit into any budget. You can publish, review and analyze posts across all platforms from one simple dashboard.

There are also a browser extension and an app version available so you can manage your accounts at all times.

6. Linktree

Sharing links through Instagram can be frustrating and confusing. You cannot place hyperlinks in comments or captions, so you are only left with one link in your bio. This is incredibly limiting!

No worries, though, because Linktree allows you to connect your viewers to as many sites as you need from one link in your bio.

7. TweetDeck

Run by Twitter, this dashboard will help you manage all of your Twitter activity. Available as both a desktop application and a website, TweetDeck helps you manage hashtags, lists, and tweets all on one screen, and includes simple features to streamline the posting process like auto-complete typing and auto-shortening for hyperlinks.

8. Facebook Publisher

Offered through Facebook, Facebook Publisher allows you to manage every aspect of your business account. Unlike other management systems, Publisher also allows you to pay to promote! And because it is run through Facebook, you can rest assured that Publisher will be up-to-date any time Facebook decides to make changes to the platform.

New call-to-action

Social media can be an effective marketing and sales tool for any business, but it’s important to keep your content fresh and relevant. Utilizing a tool that allows you to save time while maintaining an active posting schedule can make all the difference!
