Sarah Harrington is a successful Realtor in the Burlington, Vermont area.

When she began working with Breezy Hill Marketing in August of 2012, she had over 10 years experience as both a buyer and seller representative with many positive client testimonials.

THE GOAL

INCREASE WEBSITE TRAFFIC

Sarah Harrington was finalizing a new website and she was using some aspects of social media for real estate.

THE STRATEGY

SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING, INCREASED REFERRAL SOURCES

We performed an analysis of Sarah’s social media for her real estate and internet presence and we identified several opportunities for optimization within Sarah’s website and through online engagement. We determined that Sarah had an opportunity to engage more with the community using multiple social media platforms. Keeping in mind that 90% of residential property searches begin on the internet, we determined that an increased online presence would drive more traffic to her website and increase exposure for her property listings.

We set up and optimized social media accounts for Sarah on popular platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Google+, and began creating content. Using a schedule that included frequent posts, we promoted both real estate opportunities and community news. We used these platforms to reach out to the much larger online presence of real estate brokers as well as those in search of an agent. We also worked with Sarah’s team and identified several additional referral sources for her website that could be optimized to increase traffic.
