Pleasant Valley Real Estate is a company run by local realtor Lea Van Winkle, whose work as a Realtor fuses with her love of the Underhill region. Lea Van Winkle sought assistance from Breezy Hill Marketing for a website overhaul and ongoing social media and website strategy.
Lea Van Winkle required a website that successfully converts site visitors into leads. Using current best practices among real estate websites, we incorporated the most appropriate tools to integrate IDX listings to feature her more desirable properties. In terms of marketing strategy, we set up a schedule of check-ins every six months to react to the market and stay nimble.
Last summer, we launched a new WordPress website that included IDX property listing integration, a property cart, email reminder/integration, blog, social media, and photos. We stayed on-brand, incorporating their existing logo and colors. We wanted to focus on converting users into leads. We included in this design an exceptional properties plugin that allows for Lea Van Winkle to display their more expensive properties in their own area with additional images, videos, and information. This plugin can be re-packaged for use on other real estate websites and customized by brand and needs.
During or twice-a-year strategy check-ins, we go over stats, examine what’s working and what’s not, update the client on online trends they can address, answer questions and challenges, and give direction for next 6 months. The evaluation and strategy sessions cover the website, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
